Emma is a pre-colored image that I used on this creation along with a Martha Stewart punch around the page punch. I used the spellbinders leaves die cuts for the background and another punch I have for the leaves which were all individually distressed inked with Rangers inks to make them look like maple leaves.
The picture above is actually a picture of the card and coordinating envelope!
This was something that I totally enjoyed putting together as fall is my favorite time of year. Emma symbolizes the joy I used to feel in the fall when playing in the leaves as a child. It is the most beautiful time of the year if you are lucky enough to live in a place where the leave change color. In my home in Connecticut I got to experience it every year. Here in Georgia we are not lucky enough to see the beauty unless we go North! Thanks for stopping by today.

Love it - we are just coming into spring, and although we do get some colour in fall, it's not as much as you would have grown-up with.

Yeah Happy Sept 1st. Looks like this little sweet heart is sure celebrating. Ahh the says of frollicking in the leaf piles.(sigh) Now I watch the grand kids lol

I live in Alabama (right on the AL/GA border), so we are neighbors. We do get the color changes, but it's much later than everybody else. That is, if the leaves don't fall off early due to dryness & extreme heat.
Fall is my favorite too!
