CottageCutz Teapot & Teacup with Prima

This is another card with the CottageCutz Teapot and Teacup die with Prima Tales of You & Me paper.  LOVE that paper.....lol  Although I did this card in blue, this one has a little bit different configuration with dies and embossing.  Along with the Marieanne Designs background dies the Cheery Lynn corner dies were used.
The roses are created with a Marvy Punch and the edges were distressed with "brushed corduroy" distress ink.  Thanks so much for stopping by to view this creation.  Sure do appreciate it.  Until next time.  Happy Crafting!

Sizzix Fresh Brewed Card

In honor of a very good friend of mine opening his own Coffee Shop on Monday, I wanted to share this card created with the Sizzix Fresh Brewed die by Tim Holtz.  Let me mention that he is  a wonderful friend and took all my family in during the Hurricane last October when we had no where else to go.  We were teasing him that he could be our middle son.  I am so proud of him and wish him all the best in this new endeavor.
This is a fun die and I love the sizzix embossing folder that matches it.  This card could be considered masculine with the absences of bows and flowers.    Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Until next time, Happy Crafting.  See you again soon.

Spellbinders Sunflower Birthday Card

Hello fellow crafters.  As you only have probably guessed by now is that I have a love affair with dies!!!  Creating with dies is such a pleasurable undertaking.  Even the painstakingly tedious process of assembling flowers.  And boy, went to you see the tiny flowers that I will share with you soon that I created....lol   For this card the Spellbinders Sunflower die was used.  The garden gate in the background is also a spellbinders die.  The little owl was a metal piece that I painted with acrylic paint.
Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, and Tie Dyed distress ink was used to color the sunflowers.  A nice chunky brown glitter creates that sparkly center.  It's a bright attention grabbing focal point.  Thanks so much for stopping by today to view this card.  It is greatly appreciated.  Until next time, Happy Crafting!

CottageCutz Mr. Snuggles Coffee Themed Card

Welcome everyone to another card share.  For today's card the super cute Mr Snuggles and Hot Drink Cup dies from CottageCutz were used to create this darling card for that coffee lover in your life.  For the card I used the corrugated cards from Michael's for my base and built it up from there with Martha Stewart punch around the page and a Marianne doily die in the background.
Here's Mr Snuggles up close......really sweet right!  He's one of my favorite dies.  The flowers are just rolled burlap and a Marvy punch rose.   Thanks so much for dropping by today.  Hope you have a wonderful craft day!

Spellbinders Camellia Get Well Card

For today's card we have the beautiful Spellbinders Camellia Die.  Isn't this flower so pretty!  It's been fun playing with several of my dies.  I have used Marianne designs for the leaves and accent pieces.  The banners are a spellbinders die.  The lace glittered doily is also a Marianne die.
The edges of the paper (Melissa Frances) have been distressed and inked with Brushed Corduroy distress ink.  Even though there is a lot of detail on this card, this was easy and quick to assemble.  I hope you have enjoyed your visit today.  Please come back soon as I have more cards to share over the next few days.  Until next time, Happy Crafting!  See you soon!

Spellbinders Gerber Daisy Get Well Card

Welcome crafters and papercraft lovers.  It's been a while, but yes, I am still crafting away.  Over the next few days I will be sharing several cards that I have made.   The flowers on this card were created with the Spellbinders Gerber Daisy Die.  I love creating my own flowers.
For the centers I used Martha Stewart Micro beads.  There's lots of stickles on the flower as well.  The leaves are a Marieanne Creatables Die and the sentiment is mounted on a Marieanne Corner die.
The background uses a Spellbinders Floral Assortment die.

Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Again, I will be having a series of cards over the next few days.  Until next time, Happy Crafting!
