Ok so over the last couple of weeks I have shared with you some creations I made while on the Dirty Dozen Design Team. These were from our May challenge which was "Life is Like A Box of Chocolates". Have you been craving chocolate???
This card was made with a stamp I had never inked up from Stampendous called "A Tier of Treats". It was perfect for the Challenge. I just made all my Treats chocolate...lol For the background I tore up some card board and used the corrugated inside. I inked it and stickled it. It was fun.
I love rolled roses. Here are some of mine. I used Rangers White Enamel Accents for the frosting on my cakes and some Glossy Accents for the strawberries.
Thanks for stopping by today. I do appreciate your visits. See you soon!

Cottage Cutz Wedding Cake
Greetings Everyone! Today I have a Cottage Cutz card to share. It is make with the Tiered Celebration Cake die. What makes this so versatile is that it could be a Birthday Cake or a Wedding Cake. It was so fun to put together. I just love these dies!
I used the Cuttlebug Swiss Dot embossing folder on the cake to give it some texture. I also colored my cake icing with copic markers. The lace is Martha Stewart punch around the page. There are tiny pearls in the center of the flowers on the cake.
This is the beautiful die I used. Isn't it awesome! Please be sure to check out the whole line of the Wedding Collection. They are just gorgeous! Thanks for stopping by today. I really appreciate it. See you again soon.

Triple Chocolate Cupcake
Here is what I call a Triple Chocolate Cupcake. Why do I call it triple Chocolate do you say? Well it starts with a chocolate cake cupcake. Then you add the yummy rich chocolate frosting. Then you take the top of and "Voila"- you have chocolate on the inside!!! lol
Did I surprise you? I hope so-isn't this cute. Of course, you know that this would have to be mailed in a box. It is chunky but it is so cute. Just think you could do this and put a nice gift or piece of jewelry instead of chocolate on the inside. Here's a peek at the card to see the dimension. I used some Martha Stewart Punches on this. I took the cupcake border and a corner from a birthday PATP and came up with all cupcakes. The fan looking pieces are also Martha Stewart. Thanks for taking a look today. I sure do appreciate it. I will see you again soon!

Heartfelt Creations Noel Collage Triple Tier
Greetings everyone. Today is Heartfelt Creations Wednesday and I have a creation to show made with the Noel Collage PreCut Stamp. The technique I used is called the "Triple Stamping/Seamless Tiers". It was a "Try a New Technique" Challenge over at Splitcoast Stampers two weeks ago.
It was a blast to do. I had a great time putting this together. I used the flower printed on the Heartfelt Creations Frosty Blanket Paper to create the dimensional flower you see here and painted it with lots of Crystal Glitter Smooch. In real life the Icicle Glitter on the snowflakes picks up the mauve from the paper and us really sparkly pretty.
Here are the products I used:
HCPC 3492- Noel Collage PreCut Set
HCDP1-225 Frosty Blanket Paper Collection
9brn-Brown Gala Glitz
459222 Paper Blossoms Tool Kit
159223 Paper Blossoms Molding Mat

Other: (Martha Stewart Layered Arches Punch Around the Page, Arctic Snowflake, and Large Himalayan), Art Glitter 731 Icicle, Pink & Crystal Stickles,Crystal Smooch Glitz, ribbon, black card stock, black ink to stamp.

Vintage Chocolate Covered Roses
Back in May when I was on the Dirty Dozen Design Team our theme was "Life is Like a Box of Chocolates. I reached back into my roots of card making and came up with this Vintage little number.
How about some Vintage Chocolate with Chocolate Roses dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with sparkling sugar? Hummmm I made my roses with the Spellbinders Rose Creation and used Picket Fence Crackle Paint and sprinkles with some pretty glitter to make them sparkle.
Here is a picture of the card and nugget box I made as a gift set. My intention was to send this to my Mother, but recently her Doctor told her that her sugar is too high. She is all of 82 pounds, I just don't know if she will ever gain any weight back.
Here is the pretty box open showing you a little peek of the Hershey nuggets! I just love the roses!!! Thanks for stopping by today. I really appreciate it. See you soon!

Cottage Cutz Wedding Day Trellis and Vines
Today I have something to share with you using Cottage Cutz Trellis and Vines Die. Isn't this amazing! I can just imagine the look on the Bride and Grooms face when they open this beautiful handmade card to celebrate their special day!
To be quite frank with you I have no idea what the name of this style card is. I have seen it done different ways but I am not sure if I ever read what the name of it was. For all intentional purposes I will give you measurements on how I created this. It is so easy and it looks so impressive.
You are going to use a piece of card stock that measure 6" x 12". You are going to score this piece at 3-3/8", 5-1/8", 6-7/8", and 8-5/8".
This is to show you what it will look like once you use your bone folder to crease the scores. This card will stand on it's own beautiful and folds up nicely. As you can see in the picture below.
The Martha Stewart Decorative Doily punch around the page was use to decorate the outside of this card. I punched it continually. There is a little bit of "fudging" on the 6" side but the 12" worked out perfectly.
Use a cuttlebug embossing folder of your choice to create the embossed pieces on this card. The measurements are 2 pieces for the ends at 2-7/8"x5" and 3 pieces for the center at 1-5/8"x5". After embossing run Rangers Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink ever so lightly on the edges. The center piece is the Spellbinders Fleur De Lis Oval. Cut one large oval in white and one the next size down in pink. Emboss the pink piece with the same cuttlebug embossing folder and layer with foam dimensional pads.
Use the Vines and Flowers from the Trellis to decorate the outside edges of the card. Doesn't it finish it off perfectly! You will need 6 of the long vines and 2 of the small vines to completely decorate the edge as seen here. The last finishing touch if desired are some pearl lines.
Thanks so much for viewing this project. If you have any questions, please just leave a comment and I will answer to the best of my ability. This was a bunch of fun to make and I would love to see yours! Have a great day!

Chocolate Wine and Roses
Hi my friends and fellow card makers. Today I want to share with you something I made for the Dirty Dozen Design Team at Splitcoast stampers. Our theme for the month of May was "Chocolate". So this card came to life because when I think of chocolate I think of "Chocolate, Wine, & Roses. Of course, I don't have any wine here, but I have been know never to pass up a glass of Champagne. I love Champagne! Maybe this could pass as a hint of Champagne with the shading around the roses, huh!!!
This was created with a Fred She Said digital image. I used the Spellbinders Fleur De Lis Die, Martha Stewart Iron Gate Punch Around the Page, and the corners are a Heartfelt Creations exclusive die. The little brown sparkly dots are Recollection from Michael's and I painted all the edges with Smooch Glitter in Frost.
The flowers I outlined in stickles. I cut out the image and flowers so this is layered three times for dimension. As you can see in my pictures I did not use the entire punch around the page piece-there is about 5/8's of it here in this layout. I also used the Rose Cuttlebut embossing foler for the large white background piece.
Thank you for stopping by today to view my creation. I sure do appreciate it. I hope you have enjoyed your stay and I will see you again soon!

Chocolate Covered Grasshoppers
So yesterday I showed you a really cute favor for the Ladies. Now lets not forget the men or those little boys in our lives! So here I have created a party favor from a die cut from Cottage Cutz. When I was working on this I kept thinking of "Chocolate Grasshoppers". Oh yeah, I was thinking really off the wall....lol
So here are my Chocolate Grasshoppers-another easy project. I cut two grasshoppers from the Cottage Cutz mini Grasshopper die with green card stock. I then dry brushed some black ink around the edge of the grasshopper. I just placed two small rounc foam dimensionals on the back in the middle of one grasshopper and attached the second one on the back. Cover a Hershey Nugget with a 3/4" strip of paper and glue your grasshopper legs right on top. Tie a little bow and glue to the front and you are done. Easy peasy and lots of fun and oh so cute. Those little guys will love their Chocolate Grasshoppers. And if you have a dinner party and want to do the rose covered mint patties, you'll have something for the men!
Thank you so much for stopping by today. I appreciate it very much. See you soon.

Mint Patty Party Favors
So you are having the girls over for cake and coffee right - just a little get together. Do you really want to impress them and make them feel special, well how about putting a few of these together. I promise they are so sweet, pretty, and easy to make.
Whether you want these for tea with you Daughter or Granddaughter or to do them on a larger scale for a Bridal shower these are adorable and so easy to make.
I went to the dollar store and picked up some Palmer Mint Patties. I used the Spellbinders Large Scalloped Circle die for the top and bottom and sandwiched the mint patty in between. I used a White Prima Rose that I distressed with Worn Lipstick Distress ink and glued it in the middle on top. The green gingham ribbon is 1/4" and I tied a small bow and glued to one side. The butterfly is Martha Stewart and so is the little leaf punches. Easy peasy. Just stickle the roses for some sparkle. These are super easy and you can make up a bunch to have on hand for a special get-together.
If you make some of these, please let me know I would love to come visit and see your creation! Thanks for stopping by. It was my pleasure to have you visit for a spell. Have a great day!

Bird House Mini Album & Altered Bird Houses
Hello everyone and Happy Saturday. This is a project I would like to share with you. It is something I created for a friends Birthday. I just love how the birdhouses turned out and I adore the album and hope you do to once you have a look.
This is the birdhouse on a pedestal that I picked up at Michael's. I have a coupon so this was 85 cents. With all the work I did to this it looks more than 85 cents..lol
This is a little different shop of the Birdhouse so that you can see the roses I made and place on the roof.
So what we have here is a small hanging Birdhouse, a Birdhouse on a Pedestal, and a giant clothespin picture holder. All these papers come from the dollar bin at Michael's.
Here is the front cover of the mini album I made to go with this set. This album measures 6"x6" and is made (again) from an album from the dollar bin at Michael's. I created the birdhouse myself on the front of this cover and the bird was a brooch.
Thanks so much for stopping by. I really appreciate it. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.
