Hello everyone. Today's share is a couple of Christmas cards that were "easy peasy" to create. We all need that during Christmas don't we. I make all the cards I send so I have to dream up quickly made cards. These card were made with the sticker that were sold at Michael's in the kids section. Isn't this snowman darling. He makes for a super cute card.
This is also another sticker that came in the same package as the Snowman. These stickers are made of felt and are dimensional. The little ornament that the Penguin is holding is a wooden sticker that was another Michael's purchase. After I made these I had wished I had bought more packages of these cuties. But, maybe they will have some just as cute next year.
Thanks so much for stopping by today to see the cards I made. I have another post tomorrow with more cards. If you have any questions, please leave a comment. I would be happy to help. Happy Crafting and Happy New Year!

Snowman Themed Loaded Envelope and Card
Raise your hand if you are a Snowman Lover!!! Yes, there are lots of people who love Snowmen and this is a perfect loaded envelope and card to send to a Snowman lover. Look at how cute these snowmen are. The paper pad I used is called "Say Freeze" from Recollection which I have been hoarding for a couple of years....I have two pads.....lol
This is the first time I used this super cute Tim Holtz Snowman die and I love how he turned out. He was cut on cream cardstock, distressed, and pen stitched. He was mounted on a Joy! Craft die. He's completely adorable and I can't wait to use him again.

Cardinal Themed Loaded Envelope and Card
Welcome Crafters. Over the next few days I will be finishing posting my Christmas projects. It's sad that Christmas crafting is coming to an end......but not for long for me.....lol I love my Christmas dies and stamps.
Every year I make a "Cardinal" themed card from my husbands brother and sister-in-law. This was this years card. It was created with K&Company Cardinal stickers which I believe are no longer available. A Darice die was used as a back drop to the Cardinal. The poinsettia is a Yvonne Creations die and the corners are a Joy! Craft die.
Besides the card I decided to make a Cardinal themed loaded envelope stugged with gift tags and package decorations. If you would like to see all the tags this envelope was stuffed with you can see my video.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. Hope you and your family had a very Merry Christmas. Please come back again soon as I will be sharing more Christmas projects before the new year. Happy Crafting!

Wild Rose Studio Easel Card
Here's a Shabby Chic Easel Card that was created using a Wild Rose Studio Stamp. Having Pink for Christmas is another one of my loves!!! Here's a quick run down on the dies on this card starting from the top:
The half blue circle at the top-Marianne Die
Merry Christmas Sentiment-Wild Rose Studio popped up on Spellbinders circles
The Star/Snowflake to the left-Marianne Die
The pinecones-Tim Holts with Marianne Die pine needles
Snowflakes-Martha Stewart Punch
Snowflake Border-Wild Rose Studio Die
Bow-Susan Wilson Die
The borders around the card are a Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page Punch
There's a little bit of burlap and corrugated card board used for lots of texture. I am "wild" about Wild Rose Studio stamps. They have just about the cutest Christmas stamps I have ever seen and their Snowmen are precious. Thanks so much for stopping by. Until next time.....Happy Crafting!

Halloween Treat Holders
Happy Halloween everyone. I thought I would share my one and only Halloween project for this year. I made these treat holders for my neighborhood trick or treaters and for a few friends.
I love Reese Peanut Butter cups so I filled my treat holders with them. Let's be honest here, I ate a bunch of them too....lol One for me-two for the box, one for me-two for the box. It was so much fun making these.
This little pumpkin box was a cinch to make. Thanks for the help from Recollection and Michael's. I hadn't seen these cute little kits all season. I went into Michael's last Saturday night and there these were at 60% off so I grabbed the last package and made them up. The only thing I added was the spider an the "Spooky" stamp. Everything else came in the kit.
This is also a Recollection kit from Michael's I added the spider web, ribbon bow, bat and stamped image. I also trimmed the edge of the coffin with a Martha Stewart spider web border. You can't see it in the picture, but it looks pretty.

These are miniature milk cartons made with a Sizzix die. I used Brenda Walton's Decorative Strip Medallions die to decorate them along with some Recollection stickers. I made 20 of these today-so they make up fast and were super easy.
Here's just a little close up of the Medallion. I added a Spellbinders Scallop die behind the smaller rosette and some banners at the bottom. Really fun to make. This is also a Recollection kit from Michael's I added the spider web, ribbon bow, bat and stamped image. Reindeer & Sleigh Brenda Walton Die Centerpiece
WARNING: Sizzix die overload....hahahaha Don't I just love me some Sizzix dies!!! This centerpiece was created with lots of Sizzix dies with the main focal point being the lovely Brenda Walton Christmas Sleigh Favor Box and the Reindeer. Oh how I just love those two dies together! The centerpiece was created on a square silver tray that has been painted white and mounted on a candlestick.....both from the Dollar Store. The big gold bow is also a Brenda Walton die. The Snowflake in the background is from Sizzix and the "Merry Christmas" is from Cottagecutz.
Aren't these just awesome. The Poinsettia are Tim Holtz Poinsettia die and embossing folder. I used Barn Door and Fired Brick distress stain and inks to color these flowers and Peeled Paint for the leaves. Little gold beads from Michael's were used for the centers of the flowers.
Look here!!! Another color variation. Of course, I just had to do a pink one. Here you can see the lovely trees and Poinsettia again. For these Poinsettia I used Spun Sugar and Victorian Velvet. The paper collection is digital from Nitwit Collections called Holiday Bouquet. I just love that paper collection so much. You will be seeing more holiday projects from me using that paper.
Lots of detail on these beautiful reindeer. From the little bows to the snowflake buttons it's a feast for the eyes and did I mention it was a blast to create!!! I love the marabou trim around the base. It gives the whole design a soft festive ambiance.
So which color variation is your favorite? I'd love to hear what you think. It's hard to choose isn't it!!! lol Also, do you like making your own flowers? I know that is one of my favorite things to do. But, it does slow me up a lot while making my projects. This Tim Holtz Poinsettia is one of my favorite. My flowers are a big process especially these. You have to die cut, emboss, stain, distress, paint with glue and sprinkle glitter, let dry, and then shape. It take a while. But to me it is personally rewarding. Everything else went together fast.
I have included this video of my 3 projects in case you would like to see in more detail. Thanks so much for visiting today. Now get out those dies and create!!!!

Oh, and here's another one I created in another color. The designer paper was from the same Pink Paisley Christmas pad as the traditional color I did above. I just loved this paper pad and had to do this color variation.
Here are those luscious Tim Holtz Poinsettia again but in Cracked Pistachio tipped with Brushed Corduroy. All those little white berries you see come from the Dollar Store.
The sleigh is filled with presents and bottle brush Christmas trees. Those presents are 1" cubes I created myself with my Martha Stewart score board-tied with bakers twine, of course! The 3D trees are Sizzix Brenda Walton Christmas Tree Die. Besides Tim Holtz, Brenda Walton is another favorite of mine. Her dies are so sweet and very easy to put together!Look here!!! Tim Holtz Inspired Gift Box with Altered Dollar Store Ornament
Hello Crafters!!!! Today I wanted to share a project created with one of those little Church ornaments that come from this years Dollar Store selection. The church is so cute, I knew I would alter and create something with it.
The Church was alter with Sizzix Holiday Greens, and Yvonne Creations Poinsettia with little silver bead centers. The flowers were colored with Tim Holtz Broken China Ink. The Poinsettia leaves are colored with Peeled Paint. I'm loving that forest behind the church. It reminds me so much of the little white Churches here in the South.
Don't you just love the Tim Holtz Sizzix Noel Sign. It's just one of those go-to dies for Christmas Projects. What makes it so wonderful is that you can cut it out on light weight chipboard for a sturdy little sign. Hey Tim, do you think we could get a die like this that says "Believe" or "Joy".....lol
Here's the back. My church is mounted on a Dollar General Christmas Gift Box. I picked up a whole bunch of them on clearance last year for 10 cents a piece. I altered the box with designer paper inside and out to match the project.
So I was thinking when I was putting this together that this would make a wonderful gift for your Pastor and his wife for Christmas filled with candy or homemade goodies or even someone special in your church family.
And........just for giggles......here's a pink one!!! Haha.....I can't resist Pink for Christmas. Isn't it pretty! So I am off to make a "traditional" Christmas colored one next. You know....plain ole red and green.....lol I can show it to you in the next couple of days or so. Many thanks to all of you for sticking with me in my absence. I have been crafting and have lots to share. Be sure to come back as I will be posting again soon. Until next time.....Happy Crafting!
