Can you see how shiny this is? I used Crystal effects on my image and stickles! But, let me tell you what I did so you can do this same sketch. I enlarged the fancy sketch to the size I wanted my puzzle pieces on microsoft word then printed it out. I lightly tacked that paper to a cereal box and cut out the puzzle pieces. I ran some white cardstock through my cuttlebug wit the swiss dot folder and the swirl folder. I then traced my puzzle pieces on the backside, cut out and adhered it to my pieces....sponged a little blue china distress in around the edges, mounted on pop dots, and put the puzzle together. Easy peasey...I know you can do this too!!!!
My cupcake image is from Sunshine and Dragonflies-it is the Sugar Frosted Pansies cupcake that I dressed up even further by adding some pansy digi's from the Fred She Said Line called the Blue Pansy Set. I just love the vivid blue of this Card and Envelope Set. The envelope is made with our own Priscilla's 6 x 6 envelope kit at Priscillastyles. (By clicking on the Business name it will take you right to the items used in my project.)
Here is the inside of the card with a couple of cookbook markers as just a little added fun bonus.
Martha Stewart Pansy Around the Page Punch, Deep Edger Doily Lace Trim, and Checkerboard Border Punch were used in the making of this card. The paper is DCWV At Home stack. Hope you enjoyed viewing my card today and that you will join us in the challenge.

ReplyDeleteIf there is such a thing as an elegant cupcake, you have mastered it. This is a very pretty, and yes, fancy cupcake card. There are always gorgeous details on your cards. I love the punches, different dry embossings, deep blue color to make the white really stand out, the sparkle and the many, many layers....and how many cupcakes you actually cut and colored for this creation. WOW!! Great job!
