Here is my Fred She Said Creation:

Now what would summer be without strawberries...and lots of them. I love strawberries and this card was so fun to make. This is Emma Strawberry Picking. You get Emma with her basket of strawberries and the three strawberry image. Now, for a picture of the card and the matching envelope. If you are interested in purchasing the envelope kit I used, please click on the Priscillastyles Store on my sidebar! Now, you know, red is very hard to color. I found, to get this beautiful vibrant color and shading was a cinch. This was actually colored with Rangers Brick Red Distress ink and a blender pen. I just took my pad and dabbed it on one of my acrylic blocks. Then dipped my blender pen in the ink a little at a time and layered it on watercolor paper. After that I popped the biggest strawberry in this group for dimension and covered the whole group with crystal effects. I then outlined the strawberry in diamond stickles. IRL this is beyond amazing and gorgeous. I used the crystal effects on the strawberries in Emma's Basket as well. You know I just couldn't resist making a pocket on the inside of this card to tuck in some of my favorite strawberry recipes as a little bonus inside the card. Um Um Um I can just taste that Strawberry Chiffon Pie...if you have never had one of those you are missing out on the most scrumptious dessert imaginable. I also have a recipe for my strawberry jam. I just made a batch of that last weekend. Boy did it smell wonderful with that cooking in the house. It came out scrumptious too!!! And if I haven't made you mouth water enough yet...well the Strawberry cake with cream cheese frosting is just "over the moon"...LOL
