Heartfelt Creations Napkin Fold Card

Greetings everyone!  Today is Heartfelt Creations Wednesday and here is what I have been cooking up in my craft room to showcase Heartfelt Creations Stamps and Dies for this week.  While making this card, my son came out to see what I was doing.  He said "Mom, why don't you use some of that new paper you have instead of using that old worn out paper."   I said, "This is new paper, honey, I am trying to make it look old!"   ......hahahahaha  I doubled over laughing.  How many hours do we spend trying to make our paper look vintage, huh!!!  Guess I totally succeed with this one.

Posy Patch Napkin Fold Card
Other:  Spellbinders Foliage Shapabilities, Martha Stewart Vintage Lace Punch Around the Page Set, Art Glitter Dries Clear Adhesive, Art Glitter Gala Glitz Brown, Versafine Vintage Sepia Ink, Rangers Distress Ink Vintage Photo, Diamond Stickles, Ribbon, Recollection Pearls, Cream colored Card stock and two sheets of double sided card stock (K & Company) use in this project.
Be sure to check out the Heartfelt Creations Blog for more information on how to make this card.  You can also find a tutorial for this card here.  The original idea and tutorial can be found here.
Hope you have a great week.  It is suppose to get down in the teens tonight-19 degrees to be exact.  That is so cold for Georgia.  We were in the 80's just last week!!!  See you soon!

  1. Your Son is so funny - everyone knows old looking new paper is the best! LOL. Your paper is perfect as usual - I don't know how you manage to continually take some paper and make it into a major masterpiece....but you do it time after time. Take those flowers - I know it is just one flower image, but you take it and make it into something special so that we all want to buy it! Wonderful card Carol. Hugz!

Carol, this card is just spectacular. You know I used that tutorial and made one of these cards. Took me forever but I know it probably took you 20-30 minutes or less. Super work!!

And, no Buffalo Gal can't come out tonight. You crack me up. Hey, that is cold temps and I'm freezing here in Bama, too. I remember my son in south GA one day telling me it was 80
there and it was 48 here. I'm moving!!!!!!

  10. What a funny story! I think non-crafters just don't 'get' crafters at all! That's what I love about having online friends with the same passion: we all 'get' one another. :)

Gorgeous napkin fold card, my dear! It's like a beautiful aged quilt on the inside.
