Welcome to my blog. Thanks for joining me today to view my latest project. This album is titled "Faith" and was created with paper from the Paper Studio "Antiquity" that can be found at Hobby Lobby. Vintage Photo distress ink was used throughout along with Prima or Tim Holtz stamps embossed with copper embossing powder. It says copper on it, but it looks black-so go figure right....lol
On the inside cover is a place for a picture. I used the die cut bird from the birdcage again for this page. Those are Martha Stewart Butterflies and the Tattered Floral die for the burlap flower pieces behind the $1 bin flower.
This is a mini inside a mini.....yes that's right. It's an acrylic pocket holding a mini album created from an 8-1/2" x 11" inch piece of cardstock. I would love to leave the link to that tutorial-but I can't find it again. If anyone knows who had the tutorial, please let me know so I can give proper credit. Those rolled burlap flowers were so fun to make and are absolutely darling.
The Tim Holtz clock was cut three times with light chip board and once on burlap. The center pulls out to place a picture inside. Just like a locket.
On this page we have a burlap pocket with tags. Did I mention how I love working with burlap! There's a couple tags with my crochet flowers as embellishment.
This is what the tags look like. The stamp is My Minds Eye.
The expandable pocket is a favorite album page of mine. I think I have done it in almost every album I ever created. It's fun to do and super cute.
Here is what the tags look like (there are 4 of them) inside the pocket.
The last page in the album features this pretty birdhouse. It holds a tag and envelope behind it. This is the envelope and tag
I have attached a video I made showing the interaction of the various parts of the album for you to see.
Here is what the little mini looks like that is inside the pocket. Thanks for stopping by. I appreciate it.
See you soon!

Yes, it IS oh-so-cute - love every little thing about this gorgeous mini album from Michaels - but more - I loe that little multi-open mini album inside your mini album! - Your are so creative, Carol. The color palette is beautifully soft. Your expandable "folder" is so cute! And love how the clock center pops out. So full of faith-filled scriptures and darling laces and frills!
So glad you posted all the photos (in addition to the video). The photos really show off all the burlap and textures. Wonderful project, Miss Carol! hugs, de
