For my Midnight Madness Card this week I did MMSC82 with Emma the Chickadee from the Fred She Said Store that you can find here. I absolutely love this image. I cut her out and mounted her on this square spellbinders die cut. The bottom border is the grand lace bordability from spellbinders. The round doily was made with Martha Stewart's corner Deco Shells. The flourish is a sizzx die cut. Everything was glittered with stickles...my favorite embellishment!

This is the inside of my card. I made the small and medium blue poinsettia with the medium and small marvy flower punch and mounted them on the medium and large Martha Stewart Arctic Snowflake punch.

Sadly this is my last card with the Midnight Madness Design team. I will truly miss all my Design Team Sisters and the fun I had as a member of the team. I wish you all the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Here is my card with the envelope I made to go with it.

My image this week is from our sponsor Robyn's Fetish. He is called "Santa Was Here". He reminds me of the fabric Santa Clauses I used to make about 11 years ago. I have been longing to pull out some fabric and whip up a couple of dolls....to tell you the truth. I just had to paper piece him and give him a down home country feeling with the paper and the buttons.

This week I used the "priscillastyles" bear digital image that you can purchase here. I really love the folded frame technique and used it with this fun little bear. You can find this great tutorial from Splitcoast Stampers here. My gold papers are from our monthly sponsor The Paper Temptress. I used the Martha Stewart deep double loop punch and the holly punch. Red Rhinestones were used for the berries. I am trying to make smaller cards for a more postal friendly sending of holiday spirit. This one will be at least 80 cents...lol Thanks for visiting. Love your encouraging comments!

We have TWO monthly sponsors!!!

Here is this weeks Midnight Madness Sketch. I used the Christmas Trees from "priscillastyles" digital images that you can see here. I had fun making this as I printed out my trees on design paper and then paper pieced them. I love to paper piece, it's like playing with paper dolls. I used the most awesome paper from our sponsor this month "Paper Temptress". I love working with these papers. Please stop by her shop and take a look around. You will love all her gorgeous selection!I also made this ornament for the new Christmas image release at the "priscillastyles" store. I colored this with copic markers and cut it out with my Spellbinders Scalloped round nestabilities. I will be having a tutorial on my blog soon for how to do this. Be sure to stayed tuned. Thanks so much for stopping by. I have enjoyed your visit and hope you will come back again soon!

Hi everyone and welcome to another week of Midnight Madness. Christmas is fast approaching-before you know it, it will be black Friday. My favorite shopping day of the year!!! lol This week I used an image from our Sponsor DRS Designs called Holly Hurricane. You can find this image here . We also have the pleasure of working with Papertemptress papers and my gold paper can be found here. Patricia has such yummy papers, I highly recommend you try them. You will be so pleased by the quality and service.

This is my card inside an acetate box I created with a belly band. I decided to make my belly band close with Velcro and I am so in love with that idea better than gluing it.

This is the luscious gold paper from Papertemptress. I embossed it with my cuttlebug swirly folder. I got the Lotus pendant for my Birthday which has been on my wish list forever!!! I cut two of those out and layered the image. I also got adventurous and tried a different stitch on m sewing machine!!! lol These gold sparkley leaves are from my stash from last year.

This is the inside of my card. I used a Martha Stewart PATP punch and the sizzx dies called Decorative Flourishes. I am loving this set as it is the perfect size for cards.
This is another picture of the box with the card outside. Thank you for stopping by today. I sure do appreciate it. Make sure that you start making your Holiday Shopping List for the special weekend coming up soon!!! lol

MMSC76-Wintery Trees

Today's card is made with the DRS Designs Wintry Tree image. This is the first time I have tried creating a scene with inks and I just love the results and hope you do too! It is not as difficult as I thought it would be and I would like to explore more possibilities with shading.

As you can see I did a larger image for the inside of my card. I used the Spellbinders die snowflakes and I stenciled them with purple ink and stickles.

I made a matching envelope to round out my project. This was so much fun to do and I cannot wait to get my fingers dirty again!!! Thanks for stopping by and visiting me today!

Thought I would share with you this incredible piece of Halloween decorating with you.
OK, so every year I have gone to Halloween Horror Nights with my Son. In 2008 they had what they called the "Evil Pumpkin Pathway". I have not been able to get this image out of my mind! This is just what it looked like in the trees, but there were pumpkins on the ground as well. You would not believe how unbelievably beautiful this was at night. My goal is to someday have enough pumpkins to recreate this in my back yard. It was so enchanting!
