CottageCutz Critterville Tree House

Wow, have you checked out the CottageCutz Critterville release at The Scrapping Cottage.  Oh my goodness it's as sweet as can be.  And don't you just love the feel of spring with the sweet little animals and outdoor feel of the little critter cottages.  These are so delightful to work with.  I just cut out the pieces from some cardstock I had on my work table-it was bright lime green and kraft.  This is what I got after using distress inks.  I love me some distress ink!
For my card I used the following dies:  Critterville Tree house, Squirrel, Little Owl, Victorian Fence, and Greetings Expression die.  I can't wait to make the other little cottages.  They are just darling.  Thanks for stopping by today.  Be sure to check these super cute dies out.  Until next time, Happy Crafting!  See you soon.

Katie: Thank you so much for your sweet comment. The frame is actually a Martha Stewart Punch around the Page called Bird and Branch. I cut paper 5 x 5 and punched it-Its a 2 punch set (corner and border). The sunflowers are actually the Daisy die from Sizzix. I have a "thing" for Sunflowers. I saw that die and knew it would make a great sunflower or black eyed susan! Hope this helps!

Just fabulous, Carol. I love the scene you created and all the wonderful dies used. I haven't used my Bird and Branch punch is such a long time. I need to get it out. I hope all is well with you.

The the rich color tones on this cute card. See my little friend the squirrel, mine almost knock at the door for nuts!! I have several pieces of beautiful lace like this and every time I go to use it on a card it just does not look right, and it is a great addition to this card, so I must try again. Always fun to visit, Carol and get inspired.
