Greetings friends and papercrafters. For today's
CottageCutz creation is this gorgeous teapot card using the
Victorian Teapot from the Victorian Die release. My heart just goes pitter patter whenever I think about using teapots and cups for papercrafting projects.
For this card, a small chipboard teapot shaped mini album was used to trace the teapot onto lightweight chipboard (cereal box). The teapot was covered with pretty designer paper on both sides. The Victorian teapot was mounted on the
CottageCutz Tea Time Doily. The
Vine Flourish was used to accent the roses.
The little button on the teapot lid was something I found in my stash. The steam flowing from the teapot was painted with glue and glittered. LOVE THIS BEAUTIFUL TEAPOT. DO YOU HAVE A TEMPLATE FOR IT. HAVE A TEA IN NOV. AND TRYING TO GET MY DECORATIONS IN ORDER.
Ms Linda: I don't have a template-I used a teapot chipboard shaped piece from a mini album from Michaels to make my base teapot. Hope that helps.
