MMSC#61 Santa and Rudolph

Christmas you say!!! Why yes! When I had my own craft business, July used to be the month that we started our Christmas in July shows. So it is Christmas in July at my blog. Besides Christmas Cards are one of my "Favorite Things"! Today's card was made from our sponsor's image from Doodle Palace called Santa with Rudolph. Aren't they cute!

I tried something new this week to me. I colored this digi image with my computer software. It was a new experience and I really enjoyed it. I hope to do it again sometime. I cut and layered all my images. I glittered some of the white and used crystal effects on the rest of the image.

The paper is from my Christmas stash, the snowflakes are left overs from last year from K and Company. I used the following Martha Stewart punches:
PATP - Rain Drop
Snowflake
Deep edge lace
I also used the Snowflake die from Spellfinders, icicles stickles, pearls, ribbon, and the Jingle Bells are from the button findings at Micheal's I had left over from last year. Thank you so much for visiting me today. Remember it is never too early to start on your Christmas cards.

Hi Carol, your card this week is so festive :)Along with your adorable image, my favorite part of your card is the jingle bells and the many layers you have used along with your matching envelope. All just perfect together. Thank you for bringing your talent once again to the Midnight Madness sketches.

Carol,
Ho ho ho! Yes, I see you have Christmas in July too! What an adorable card; someone would be thrilled to display this one on their mantel (or table, if, like me, you have no fireplace!).

Hello again!

When I had my shop I remember the chaos that began in July for Christmas buying! You are right, I should be thinking of my Christmas cards - but every day lately I get more behinder! :<)

I love your card. I just am always in awe at the 'completeness' of your cards! Is that a word? :<) You think of everything!

Wishing you a great day today!

Hi Carol!
You cought me a bit of guard there with this fab christmascard. I am not in the christmasmood at all so I did a little jump in my chair *LOL*
But I think this card might just be able to put me in a christmasmood even in July ;o) It looks great. I love how you put so much work in to also decorate the inside. Your cards are a gift in themselvs!
What software did you use for the coloring?
