Greetings friends and bloggers. It seems ages since I have posted on my blog but it has only been a week. I took a little break from blogging, but I have been working in my craft room. Today I wanted to share with you a card I made for the QFTD137 Challenge at Splitcoast Stampers. The Queen chosen for this week was my pal AudreyAnn so I just had to play to honor her.
The card was made from the scalloped circle Spellbinders Grands die and I used one of the label dies for the sentiment. I was inspired by Andrey's felt roses and created mine with the Marieanne English Rose Die and then I stickled them to make them sparkle. The doily on this card is also Marianne's as well as the pine looking leaves. The flourish is Cheery Lynn. The sentiment is from the 97cent bin at Walmart. I picked it up on Friday of last week. I think I need the other two they had because I really like the font and size of it. It's just a little wooden stamp block. I punched the little deers from a Martha Stewart punch to compliment Tilda with her antlers.
Thanks for stopping by today to view my card. I love having you visit and really appreciate it. Happy crafting!

this is eye popping, jaw dropping gorgeous, I love the shape, layers and your coloring!!!!
This is such a sweet and beautiful way to honor AudreyAnn. She is sure to love it. Don't you just love the Michael's bin for those inexpensive stamps? I sure do and find some really wonderful and very useful things in there.
I only have one set of the Grands dies and would love to get the circle sometime. It sure made a great easel card.
Darling card and love the antlers :) Nice score with the sentiment too. Wonderful tribute to Audrey.
Beautiful card...Really like your blog background too.
beautiful card Carol.
greetings karin
Wow, Carole, such a beautiful card! Love those gorgeous flowers and the font on that sentiment is so pretty. I'll have to see if our Walmart has that. Hugs
Fantastic easel card!! The doily in the back looks like a big snowflake... love it! Also those glittery roses you made!
Gorgeous case of gorgeous Audzi! Wonderful embellishments, great card shape, fun image (they scare me as you have to be able to color to do them - no faking - yours is fab). Great card my sweet friend! Hugz!
Fabulous creation Carole, as usual. I can always recognize your creative touch. Love the Wedding luminary too.
