CottageCutz Vintage Clock

Hello friends!  Today is my post for the CottageCutz Design Team.  It's the last day of February.  Can you believe it.  I am still working on a Christmas Album....lol   Should be done soon with that-hopefully this weekend.  But for today I have the Vintage Clock die from CottageCutz.  This die is perfect for an Anniversary Card, Retirement Card, or Birthday.
This is such a pretty die.  Brushed Corduroy distress ink was used on the die cut to shade it.  The die cut behind the clock is the Tea Time Doily.  There are two more layers behind the doily which include the Circle and Scalloped Circle from Spellbinders.  The punched border is a Martha Stewart punch.  The lace border is lace from Hobby Lobby and the rhinestones are from Recollection.  Crystal Effects was used on the face of the clock to give it a "Mother of Pearl" effect.    These are the dies use:

Thank you so much for stopping by today.  I really appreciate you taken time from your busy day to visit.  Enjoy your day and happy crafting.

Good Morning, Carol! This antique clock looks almost real with the pretty wood grain and lovely face details (the crystal effects looks great!) Your card is so pretty with the beautiful DP layers, glitter, and wonderful colors. Your clock sort of reminds me of the click in Mickey Mouse's The Sorcerer's Apprentice in Fantasia. (sorry - I'm just a big kid at heart). So do we get to peek at your Christmas album? ;-)

This is gorgeous! I really like how everything is offset a little bit... so eye-pleasing! The lacy layers are just so pretty and are perfect for the vintage clock! I've been away on vacay for the last couple weeks so I'm catching up on my favorite blogs now... all your recent creations are fabulous!

Your layers never cease to amaze me. I don't know how you come up with new fresh ways to do them on every card, but you do! This is sooo pretty (you know saying things like that to you seems so crazy since EVERYTHING you make is pretty - really pretty). I like the clock and you made a wonderful stage for it here. Did I tell you I love the white on your blog now and it loads on my computer soo much faster - before my computer would hang up and sometimes your blog would not fully load. Great idea. Hugz!
