Happy St. Patrick's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day.  Here in Georgia we had no power this morning.  Woke up to flickering candle light as my husband lit candles all over the house before he left.  The power was out for at least a couple hours.  It just came on so I thought I would share this picture of my St. Patrick's Day tree before I get ready for work while I am waiting for the coffee to finish brewing!
Don't think I could get any more green on this tree if I tried....lol   There are some gold coins, but pretty much everything else is green.  This year I added some green ornaments that I got on clearance at Walmart at the Christmas Closeout.  They were 25 cents each so I couldn't pass them up.  Going through Christmas clearance is one of my favorite things to do.  I will get ornaments I can use throughout the year for my different holiday themed trees.  Looks like I need to make my Shamrock Quilts.  It would look so much better than my spring tulips.  Enjoy your day-see you soon!

And, a big Happy St. Patrick's Day to you, Carol. You'll just have to get busy on a shamrock quilt. But, tulips are my favorite flower so I really like this one. What a fine tree for this "green" day.
