Did you see the Vintage Glam Collection at Michael's. Well here it is in a project. I don't know about you, but for me to finish a project in the year that this collection is released is a real accomplishment. Can you believe this didn't go in the hoard pile....lol The Vintage Glam Collection is burlap, kraft, gold, silver and lace for those of you that didn't see it. I did one of these in gold and one in silver with fall colored flowers The cover here is covered in burlap and decorated with flowers I created myself,
The first page is for a photo with a little banner that a couple acorns are tucked into for journaling. The leaves are CottageCutz dies.
This is an expandable pocket page that holds from tags. The sweet owl is from CottageCutz.
These are the tags included in those pockets. Don't you love those CottageCutz gold leaves for the tab pulls on the tags. The stamps are all from Michael's dollar bin collected through the years.
On this page a little bit of Orange burlap was used for color to compliment the gold leaves and the burgundy flower.
Untie the ribbon and the page folds out to hold favorite photos. The can slip right under those pretty Cheery Lynn corner dies.
This page features a folded envelop that holds tags and folds down to mount your favorite fall photos. Don't you just love that gold ivy. That's another die from CottageCutz.
Here's that envelope open and the tags that go in it. That envelope is held closed by the way the tag is designed to keep it shut.
On this page we have a pocket that holds leave tags for journaling. This folder opens up and is held shut with Velcro.
Inside is a beautiful Sunflower die from CottageCutz that hold a couple tags inside this folder.
For the last page there is a tab that holds this little booklet of three tags that are awesome for photos or journaling. Isn't that owl the cutest ever! He's a CottageCutz die.
The Spellbinders Scalloped and Round dies were used to create the tags. Also used a piece of corrugated cardboard under the owl..
This is the back page of the album. The burlap was painted with acrylic paint and a stencil to achieve this pretty design.
Thanks so much for stopping by today. It was a pleasure to share this creation with you. There's one more piece to show and that's the pumpkin. I will post that soon. Until next time, Happy Crafting.
