Today my creation is made with Chilly Willy Penguin, Winter Pine Branch, and Winter Frost Border from CottageCutz. This Penguin is just adorable and a whole lot of fun to create with. Such a fabulously colorful and FUN card, Carol! I actually shopped at Scrapping Cottage a few hours ago, and found it difficult to stay within budget - such a great sale!

Isn't this beautiful! Love the 42,001 layers and that darling main image but the flowers are my fav of course. Sparkly and so detailed. Wonderfully done my friend! Saw your comment about thinking I had one of those big tattoos - funny! Hugz!
