Easter Bunny Card

Today, I tried to get my creative Mojo going again. I have sort of been putting it off. I have been wanting to do my crafts but it seems like I don't have it together yet. This is a card I made today to send to my Mom's friend for Easter. The bunny is a rubber stamp from "Rubber Stampede", the flower was made on my Cuttlebug with my spellbinder flower die. The leaves are Martha Stewart both frond and branch punch. The Happy Easter sticker is from a set that I got about three years ago. The rhinestone flowers have an adhesive backing and something I picked up a Walmart years ago as well. The sentiment inside the card reads as follows:

Would you like to know a secret?
Well, I'll tell you one I know:
The Easter Bunny's coming,
My Mama told me so.

He'll bring a basket filled with eggs
And leave it in my yard,
And I will find it Easter morn,
If I look very hard.

I shouldn't tell my secret,
But I think it should be shared.
You ought to know that Bunny's coming,
So you can be prepared!

I found this somewhere on the Internet a couple years ago. I don't know where. Thought it was kinda cute so have used it in my card.

See you tomorrow with another card!

I love this card. There is so much visual texture to it. I'm slowly becoming more comfortable with lots of layers with my work.

Carol--this card is so pretty!! I love the bunny (as you know they regularly multiply around my house!) The colors are wonderful. How did you color in the bunny? Looks line maybe prismas & baby oil or gamsol. Nice job
